I do all my tire work with 5 Seasons, I trust the owner, he has been working with tires since he was a teenager and his father before him was a tire man. I was in yesterday to the 1st Ave store and worked with Randy. Thanks for keeping the business on track and getting me in before the end of the day. I appreciate you.

Every time I need tires or tire services done, this location never disappoints. I started going here after another tire shop tried to pull a fast one on me but I know how to maintain my own car and knew they were being dishonest. I have purchased several sets through 5 seasons and have always been pleased with the results and have been able to trust their opinions and their recommendations. Today, I needed a tire looked at and they took care of me right away and were, wait for it, actually nice and pleasant to work with. I didn't feel like my problem annoyed them or that it was too small a job for them to waste there time on. You should definitely consider what they have to offer if you are in the market for a good set of tires. I'm glad the other shop made that mistake because I'm much happier going through 5-Season Tire. They are reasonably priced and we have put many miles on their products with no complaints.

Went in for an alignment 1/6/25. Didnβt get an alignment sheet/report. The following day I checked under my suv and noticed that the techs didnβt remove the spring clip on my steering rack boot when doing their work. Mangled up my boot on my BRAND NEW steering rack. Both sides. I took it back to have them straighten up the boot and fix so I donβt have premature wear on the new rack. Still they didnβt even fix it. Said itβs the best they could do. No further help or offering to do anything else. Terrible workmanship. The photos are even after the βfixβ. Wouldnβt recommend going here. Iβm most upset because I just replaced that steering rack last week. It was $550 for just the part, did the work myself and they mangled that boot. -_-

I have taken my car here for tires several times and I have bought several tires from them. Today I went in and talked to the manager about the oil change that they did not complete. The oil is still dirty I have went to several other businesses that does oil changes and they say itβs still dirty even after it was done. (By 5 seasons On first Avenue) I would never thought a company would steal $35 for an oil change the manager called me silly because I am concerned about my car this is the only transportation we have to get our kids and family to work, school and any other events. I advise everyone to check your vehicles before you leave there place of business!

Five Seasons tire took care of me right away. I got a nail in my tire and went to a different tire shop to get 4 new tire. I needed them just didnβt plan on it so soon. The nail in my back tire made me get them sooner. Anyways after waiting more than an hour at the corporate tire shop. I left upset because that they still hadnβt got to me. I was skipped over five times at the other place. So I called Five Seasons Tire and they told me to come right in. Not only did they get to my truck right away. I was out of there in about 45 minutes. With four new 65,000 mile warranty tire at a great price. Thank you!
